# Group creation process

**Group creation  - welcome process** 

1. Make sure chat history is available for new members
2. Add [Corvvin ](https://t.me/Corvvint) to the group and make as admin
3. Add @Xalpha\_bot to the group
4. Share info about X-ALPHA from Welcome pack (topic)
5. Introduce [Corvvin ](https://t.me/Corvvint)and Mike from  X-ALPHA team. Example: “Thanks for joining our network! Let me introduce our team - [Corvvin ](https://t.me/Corvvint)Partnership Manager and Mike co-op coordinator. Please check above info and share your links for good start”
6. Keep Group healthy till we join conversation   
7. When you see good moment, show how X-Alpha bot works - usually when introduction stage is finished (other site share links)
8. Do not rush things, both sites need do their own research before we make call
